Dr. Sam Senturia, assistant professor of clinical emergency medicine, is the recipient of the 2019 Excellence in Medical Education Award. Dr. Senturia was presented with the award at Weill Cornell Medicine’s Excellence in Medical Education Award Ceremony held at the Griffis Faculty Club on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
A passionate educator and outstanding colleague, Dr. Senturia was recognized, by students in the Emergency Medicine Sub-internship, for his tireless efforts and exceptional teaching.
The Excellence in Medical Education Award recognizes WCM faculty members who have distinguished themselves in teaching and mentoring students, post docs, and/or faculty.
