Leading experts in virtual healthcare share best practice for institutions and providers in the evolving telehealth landscape
The Virtual Healthcare in the Mainstream Symposium, sponsored by Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork Presbyterian Hospital, takes place annually at the Weill Cornell Medicine campus.
The 1-day symposium features a series of panel discussions and didactic sessions led by leaders in the field as well as speaker discussions that look at the present and future of virtual medicine across specialties. Nationally acclaimed speakers and thought leaders from top-ranked academic medical centers and institutions explore the present and future of virtual care. Topics include the transition of telemedicine to mainstream medical care, the adoption of telemedicine by large institutions, optimum training for virtual care practitioners, and the interaction of telehealth care and access to care.
