Our program has been designed to effectively respond to, assess, improve care, and ensure the safety of older adults experiencing elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

VEPT Research and Publications

Members of our team are contributing to groundbreaking research to advance the care of older adults experiencing abuse, neglect, or exploitation and to improve our understanding of the phenomenon.

VEPT Education and Outreach

Our team has educated medical professionals from multiple disciplines about our program and improving identification of and intervention for elder abuse all over the world, as well as created educational materials to help expand their knowledge of the different forms of elder abuse.
