Dr. Nicole Gerber and Dr. David Bodnar have been accepted to the 2023 class of the NewYork-Presbyterian Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Academy.
The LEAD program focuses on cultivating rising-star physicians in the NYP health system. The academy provides professional mentorship, institutional networking, and an applied practicum with an NYP-prioritized capstone project, and is led by nationally renowned experts from Columbia's Business School and the Department of Health Policy & Management (HPM). Curriculum courses include Information Technology, Health Economics, Analytics & Managerial Decision-Making, TPF Health System Simulation, and Healthcare Marketing.
